2.5 hour unopposed complimentary meal/education event for 300 meeting attendees. Planned and implemented by iSBTc. Supporter receives one-time use of iSBTc meeting delegate list and acknowledgement through placement of name on session introduction slide, event tickets, iSBTc website, meeting programs and onsite signs.

Annual Meeting Marketing Opportunities

Marketing opportunities are available individually or in addition to Educational Support.

Presidential Award Reception: $30,000 - SOLD
Cocktail reception open to all Annual Meeting attendees where Young Investigator Awards are showcased. Supporter receives special recognition at reception and acknowledgment through non-product related signs within reception area, on tickets for event and in iSBTc programs.

Preliminary Program: $20,000
Distributed to nearly 12,000 people. Program includes schedule, travel, registration and abstract submission information. Supporter receives acknowledgement through placement of name and logo on front cover and full page advertisement on back cover.

Daily Lunches: $20,000 each
Box lunches provided to all meeting attendees. Supporter receives acknowledgment through non-product related signs within lunch area and on iSBTc signs and programs.

Final Program: $15,000
Distributed to all meeting attendees. Primary information source onsite. Program includes meeting schedule, speaker abstracts, poster listing and faculty list. Supporter receives acknowledgement through placement of name and logo on front cover and full page advertisement on back cover.

Conference Bags: $15,000 - SOLD
Distributed to all meeting attendees. Bag contains all onsite program materials. Supporter will participate in the selection of the bag and will be recognized by printing of their logo on the conference bag.

Badge Lanyards $10,000
Distributed to all meeting attendees for display of name badge throughout meeting. Supporter receives acknowledgement through placement of name/logo on lanyards.

Poster Abstract Book $10,000
Distributed to all meeting attendees. Book includes all poster abstracts and author index. Supporter receives acknowledgement through placement of name and logo on front cover.

iSBTc Meetings Website: $10,000
High visibility among meeting attendees. Site offers current program schedules, travel, registration and abstract submission information. Supporter receives acknowledgement through placement of name, logo and link from logo to website of supporter's choice on iSBTc meetings web pages.

Spiral Journal: $7,500
Hard cover spiral notebook /journal distributed to all meeting attendees. Supporter will participate in the selection of the journal and will be recognized by printing of their logo on the journal.

Daily Breakfasts: $7,500 each
Continental breakfast provided to all meeting attendees. Supporter receives acknowledgment through non-product related signs within breakfast area and on iSBTc signs and programs.

Refreshment Breaks: $5,000 each
Refreshments and snacks provided to all meeting attendees. Supporter receives acknowledgment through non-product related signs within refreshment area and on iSBTc signs and programs.

Conference Bag Inserts: $2,000 each
Distributed to all meeting attendees. Inserts may include supporter's supplied promotional material such as a flyer, program, product, job announcement, etc. iSBTc pre-approval required.

Program Advertisements $500 - $1000
Advertising space available in Preliminary and Final Programs in quarter or half pages; in black/white or color.
