Young Investigator Awards

iSBTc promotes growth and achievement among young investigators in the field of cancer biologics. To this end, iSBTc offered several Young Investigator Awards recognizing excellence in oral abstract and poster presentations at the iSBTc 24th Annual Meeting.

Presidential Awards

Four abstracts authored by young investigators were selected for 20-minute oral presentations during the Presidential Session at the 24th Annual Meeting. Each primary/presenting author received a Presidential Travel Award. Of those four oral abstract presentations, Weiyi Peng, MD, PhD from MD Anderson Cancer Center was selected as the 2009 Presidential Award winner by a committee of members of the iSBTc Board of Directors.

iSBTc Travel Awards  

iSBTc offered six travel awards to selected young investigators presenting posters at the iSBTc 24th Annual Meeting.
