Please note: there is a 3,000 character limit for your abstract submission. Title, authors, institutions, abstract body, spaces, tables, and images are included in this count. Guidelines for Contact AuthorsAuthors submitting abstracts to the iSBTc 25th Annual Meeting must agree to the following:
Abstracts cannot be withdrawn after June 21, 2010. Deadline for Submission
Late-breaking abstract submission for the iSBTc 25th Anniversary Annual Meeting begins Monday, July 19, 2010. The deadline for late-breaking submissions is Monday, August 16, 2010 at 11:59pm PT. Publication / Embargo Dates
Late-breaking abstracts submitted by August 16, 2010 will be printed in the iSBTc Poster Abstract Book and are embargoed until September 23, 2010. Abstracts which were submitted by the regular abstract submission deadline of June 21, 2010 will be published in the October issue of Journal of Immunotherapy, the official journal of iSBTc. This issue will be released on September 23, 2010. All abstracts submitted to the 25th Annual Meeting are embargoed until September 23, 2010. Abstract Notifications
Notifications for late-breaking abstracts will be sent via email on September 1, 2010. Notifications for regular abstracts will be sent to the contact authors via email on July 22, 2010. Poster Size
Poster display size is 1 meter x 1 meter (3.3 feet by 3.3 feet). Oversized posters will not be allowed. Poster size has been reduced from previous years to allow presenters equal presentation time. Young Investigator Abstract Awards
